4. Shipping

For online purchases, merchandise will be shipped within South Africa. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location. We strive to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen delays with couriers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for merchandise within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase must be provided. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
